Mr Mann is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia.

Previously he has worked with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in their Corporate Advisory division and also with HBOS plc in their Australian Mining and Project Finance team.

Mr Mann has experience in project evaluation, deal structuring and due diligence with an emphasis on the Australian Resources sector.

Mr Mann also has experience in evaluating investment opportunities across a range of industries including the mining, telecommunications and media sectors.
