Anthony Grist Mr Grist has extensive experience in the capital markets. He has been involved in the management of publicly listed companies across a range of industries both in Australia and overseas. Mr Grist is a former Head of Corporate Finance at an Australian Stock Broking company. In 1990 he founded what became Albion Capital Partners. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, is an Associate of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Mr Grist was co-founder and currently serves as the Chairman of ASX listed Amcom Telecommunications Ltd, a leading fibre optic telecommunications carrier. Until the recent in specie distribution of its iiNet shareholding to Amcom shareholders, Amcom was the largest shareholder of iiNet Ltd, Australia’s 2nd largest DSL internet service provider. Mr Grist served on the board of iiNet for 5 years until August 2011. Over that time iiNet grew it's revenues from approximately $200M to over $700M through acquisition and organic growth, including the acquisition of Westnet and AAPT. Mr Grist has held directorships in Canada, United Kingdom and Australia in the healthcare, mining and energy industries. In 2010 Mr Grist was Chair of Judging for the western region of Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year program, as well as serving on the national judging panel. Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year is the world’s most prestigious business award for entrepreneurs. It is the first and only truly global award of its kind with regional, national and global awards programs in more than 135 cities in 50 countries. Mr Grist was deputy Chairman of Loreto Nedlands for 3 years until 2011. Through Amcom he has been the club sponsor for the University Football Club for approximately 10 years. |

Josh Mann Mr Mann is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia. Previously he has worked with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in their Corporate Advisory division and also with HBOS plc in their Australian Mining and Project Finance team. Mr Mann has experience in project evaluation, deal structuring and due diligence with an emphasis on the Australian Resources sector. Mr Mann also has experience in evaluating investment opportunities across a range of industries including the mining, telecommunications and media sectors. |
